Throughout her journey to become a certified medical coder, Marciana observed there were a limited number of social media resources pertaining to guidance within the revenue cycle industry, therefore she started her online presence by uploading videos to various social media platforms explaining medical coding guidelines, adequate code selection, best practices for clinical documentation, and teaching veteran coders how to enhance their acquired skillset.
